Sizzix: Love and Thanks - Homemade Floral Card!

Let's give love and thanks in our next make - a Homemade Floral Card! Using the new Sizzix Flower Die Cut, I loved creating this floral card to share with you all! We will always need to show love and give thanks and what better way to do so then in crafting? I hope you enjoy this Sizzix Love and Thanks Floral Card make as much as I did when I was creating it!

What you will need:

Step by steps:

1.Using the Sizzix Thinlits, Die Cut out of desired cardstock colors, a variety of flowers, flower centers and leaves from the Floral Garden and Hello Spring Die Cutting Sets. Die Cut enough flowers to create a minimum of 12 flowers of varying sizes and layers. With the stylus tools and gray molding mat, sculpt all the die cut elements to create life-like dimension on the leaves and flowers.

2. Stack and layer the flowers and flower centers into desired blooms using the Paper Sculpting Craft Tool and adhere each bloom together with Sizzix Express Adhesive.

3. Cut a 2 1/2" x 5 1/2" (6.35cm x 13.97cm) panel of desired patterned paper. Die-cut out of adhesive-backed black cardstock the phrase “Love & Thanks” from the Jar of Flowers Thinlits Die Set.

4. Cut a 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" (13.97cm x 21.59cm) panel of white cardstock and fold in half to create a card base. Adhere the patterned panel to the left-hand side of the card front with Sizzix Double Sided Adhesive.

5. Arrange and adhere all the flowers and leaves in a desired layout down the center of the card front, adhering some elements down with Sizzix Foam Tape and others with Express Adhesive. Adhere the sentiment to the bottom right-hand corner of the card front.

Voila! Your Love and Thanks Homemade Floral Card is complete - using nothing but Sizzix Die Sets & craft toolbox essentials!
