Refunds and Returns Policy

Returns

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you must contact us to arrange your return within 14 days of receipt of your order and the return must arrive back with us within the 30 day period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must have been purchased from the Sizzix website and be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us via our contact us form. Please reference your Sizzix account name and order number. We will then issue you with an authorised Sales Order Return Reference Number which you must include on the parcel when returning items to us. Customers must ensure the items being returned are sufficiently packaged and unless faulty are in unused condition. The costs of returning unwanted items must be covered by the customer.

We would always recommend a tracked service as we cannot accept any liability for items that go missing. We will not be held responsible for any damage sustained during transit resulting from poor packaging. In this case the items will be returned to the customer and the return will not be processed.

Only the cost of the goods will be refunded.

Unauthorised returns will not be accepted. Returns will be processed within 10 working days and, if applicable, will be refunded to your original method of payment.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
