To Our Valued Sizzix Customers,,

We hope you are all keeping safe and well.

It is hard to believe that we are already past the mid-way point of 2021; having gone through a transformational experience with the global pandemic and all it has brought along with it, we are now able to reflect on the last 16 months with a sense of achievement and pride for the resilience of our business, our people, our customers and our communities.

We continue to diligently follow Government guidelines in the workplace to ensure the safety of our employees as well as our customers. We have adapted our office environment to be in line with all the safety restrictions in place and with that, we have created both a safe and comfortable workspace where our staff can feel at ease and remain highly productive.

Along with many other businesses, we are eagerly anticipating a return to the office for all our staff and are looking forward to finally having our colleagues connected in person again. The efforts from our management and HR teams have been second to none in all the planning, consideration, care and attention that has gone into the organisation of this. We are hopeful that by the end of July, we will be operating with a hybrid working policy, allowing our global teams the flexibility to work between both home and office locations.

As a business, like many others, we have been presented with the inevitable challenges that continue to impact our current distribution including Brexit regulations, tariff challenges, shipping delays and extremely high costs of freight across the board. Our global teams have worked tirelessly to effectively navigate through these challenges to ensure we deliver our best possible quality of service, providing you with our unique products as quickly, efficiently and as safely as possible.

Our community is important to us, and we know how much crafting can uplift the spirit. The passion that we share for creativity will continue to be supported, through the wealth of inspirational and interactive content available via our online channels. We will provide you with new ideas, makes, tips, tricks and tutorials across our websites and social platforms and hope you engage and connect with us and our inspiring designers.

Thank you to all our colleagues for your dedication, passion, and sheer hard work throughout the year. We look forward to sharing the brighter times ahead with our core values, mission and vision at the heart of everything we do as we continue to a more positive future.

We appreciate that these are uncertain and worrying times for our customers, our employees and our wider communities. The health and safety of both our staff and valued customers are our top priority and at the core of every decision we make.

We have been closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation as it unfolds. As a business, we believe that it is crucial we support government guidelines in helping the reduction of the transmission.

We are diligently following guidance and best practice from the Government in order to protect both our employees and our customers. During this period, we will be supporting our employees to work remotely where possible, to promote safe social distancing and to protect the health and well-being of our global workforce. We will continue to develop on these preventative measures in order to protect both our staff and our customers.

Community is at the heart of everything we do, and you have our commitment that we will support you, our valued customers with a wealth of inspiration and creativity during these challenging times. We will have an abundance of ideas, tips, tricks and tutorials across our website and social channels and our global design team will be regularly checking in with you from the safety of their homes!

I would like to take a moment to thank our colleagues for their incredible efforts during these unprecedented times. The dedication and commitment they have shown is truly inspiring.

And to our customers, thank you for your continued support. It is challenging times like these that we cannot underestimate the collective power of standing side by side, working together and supporting one another.
