Die-cut Flourish out of foam and adhere to a stamp block to create a stamp. Stamp Flourish onto a store-bought sweater using acrylic paint. Apply fusible web to felt. Die-cut word out of felt and adhere to the sweater. Machine stitch around each letter. Use embroidery floss to create decorative stitching around the word. Attach a piece of decorative lace to the sweater. Die-cut Flowers out of felt and attach to the sweater. Embellish Flowers with half pearls.
