Fabric Pot Holder

Other Supplies: Sizzix® Accessory - 8 Fabric Pieces (663011), Sewing Machine, White thread, White fabric, Iron on adhesive, Iron, Pins

1. Cut two pieces of white fabric measuring 18” x 9”.
2. Iron the adhesive onto a selection of complementary fabrics for the leaves.
3. Die-cut the leaves and iron in place near the bottom of the outer piece of fabric in a row.
4. Machine stitch the leaves on.
5. Pin and sew the outer piece of fabric to the lining along the top edge.
6. Press the seam open.
7. Pin and sew the sides, right sides facing together.
8. Press the seam open.
9. Cut two white circles with a radius of 3.25”.
10. Pin one circle to form the base of the outer fabric, right sides to right side, and sew. It may make it easier to sew by snipping the edges.
11. Pin the other circle to form the base of the lining.
12. Sew leaving a small gap to turn inside out. Turn inside out.
13. Top stitch the gap closed.
14. Top stitch the top of the pot holder to secure.
15. Turn the top over.
