Die-cut three Pennants out of patterned paper. Punch a hole in each of the upper corners of each Pennant. Die-cut Banners out of patterned paper and adhere. Cut two long banners out of patterned paper and adhere to each Pennant. Adhere a paper doily to each Pennant. Die-cut three Flowers out of tissue paper and adhere to the paper doily. Stamp the doily from the Everyday set onto cardstock. Align the corresponding Framelits die over the stamped image and die-cut. For ease of use, we recommend using the Magnetic Platform to hold the Framelits die in place while the shape is being cut. Adhere the doily to one flower center. Fussy cut a sentiment from patterned paper and adhere to the center Pennant using adhesive foam to give dimension. Embellish with stickers. Tie Pennants together with strips of ribbon to form a banner. Tie ribbon knots at each end.
