Die-cut a Treat Bag w/Windows out of double-sided patterned paper and fold along the crease lines to assemble. Die-cut the circle tag and flowers (included on the Treat Bag w/Windows die) out of patterned paper. Embellish the circle tag with a stamped sentiment. Apply ink the edges of the flowers and bend the petals upward to give dimension. Attach the flowers to the Bag along with pearls for flower centers and velvet leaves. Place gift or treats inside the Bag. Feed the circle tag through a length a twine. Secure closed with the twine and ribbon bow.
