Other Supplies: Cardstock, Patterned Paper, Ink, Ribbon, Sanding Block

Emboss two black and one orange cardstock using the Outline Label embossing folder. Trim around the embossed designs and highlight the raised designs with a sanding block. Adhere the frames onto a ribbon to form a banner. Die-cut Crossbones Garland out of cardstock and dictionary paper, distress with ink, trim to size and adhere to each frame. Die-cut circles and the letters to spell "BOO" out of cardstock and patterned paper using the Spooktacular alphabet, embellish with ink and attach to the frames.
