Die-cut 24 squares out of six different fabrics. Sew squares together in rows, four across by six down, to form a rectangle. Place a piece of batting behind the rectangle and machine quilt as desired. Die-cut a Heart and Butterfly out of felt. Sew to bag top. Layer a bag lining with the quilted rectangle and baste stitch in place. Open a zipper. Layer one side of the zipper, right sides together, with the Rectangle. Pin and sew in place. Repeat, sewing zipper on opposite end of rectangle. Place pouch right sides together, pinning two ribbons (one of them long enough to use as a wristlet) in place along one side. Sew side seams using 1/2" seam allowance. Turn pouch right-side-out. Close zipper. Embellish zipper with a metal charm.
