Create a scrapbook page base out of patterned paper. Cut strips of patterned paper and burlap and adhere along the bottom of the page. Die-cut an Ornate Frame out of cardstock and adhere to the page. Trim a photo to size and attach to the page. Die-cut Flower Vine and 3-D Flower & Vine out of cardstock. Assemble the flower and adhere vines, leaves and flower to the page. Format and print the words "You are my Sunshine, my only Sunshine" using a computer. Trim around words and adhere to the page.
