All items are subject to availability. We offer delivery services to most countries within European Union, Switzerland and Norway. Unfortunately we do not offer a standard delivery charge to Greece, Malta, Cyprus, Turkey or the Canary Islands. For delivery to these and other countries not stated, please contact us. We will be happy to help provide delivery options or recommend a local wholesaler for you. Charges that cover delivery are subject to change without notice.
During busy periods, please allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery of orders placed on the website.
V.A.T. (Value Added Tax)
As required by law, Sizzix.co.uk charges applicable V.A.T. for merchandise shipped. Prices shown include V.A.T. at 20%. Orders shipped to Switzerland and Norway will be exempt from V.A.T. This will be deducted at the checkout. For countries where V.A.T is more than 20%, the remaining tax will be added to the total cost of items at the checkout.
Standard destinations will incur the shipping costs detailed in the tables below. V.A.T. on the shipping cost will be charged at 20% and will be included in the shipping cost on your order.
For orders shipping to the following countries; Norway, Switzerland, Canary Isles, Bulgaria; Ellison Europe will not pay any customs duty charges. Any extra charges will fall under the responsibility of the customer.
UK Pounds Sterling (£)
On all UK (mainland) orders there is a shipping charge of £6.94.
European Euro (€)
Orders from 0,00€ to 145,00€, a shipping charge of 18.40€.
Orders from 145,01€ upwards, a shipping charge of 22.48€.

If you feel you need to return or exchange an item based upon the guidelines below, we will gladly accommodate you. You may return your purchases with the original receipt and original packaging within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of purchase. If the item is returned unopened, in the original box, we will exchange it or offer a credit note to the value minus shipping charges. It is your right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods by notifying us of your intentions. Please notify us by e-mail.
If you wish to return an item, please follow the instructions below.
1. Please telephone us on 0844 499 8181 (within UK) or +44 (0) 845 345 2277 (outside UK) or contact us using the feedback form to request a returns form. Please include your account number on all messages.
2. You will receive a returns form which you need to print. Please complete this form with the required information (if you are returning a faulty product please give as much information as possible).
3. Retrieve the invoice that relates to the item you are returning.
Pack and seal your item and include your Returns Form and Invoice in the package. We are unable to process your return without the Returns Form and Invoice.
4. Use the Returns Label as the address label as this contains our correct address and the Returns Authorization number to show it is a return.
5. Postage must be paid by you (if you are returning a faulty product this will be refunded to you if the product is found to be faulty). Include a copy of your postage receipt in the package. We will not accept deliveries without postage paid.
6. It is recommended that you insure your parcel when returning it to us.
Please note that if you are returning a product to us, it must be sufficiently packaged to avoid any damage caused in transit. Ellison Europe Ltd (creators of the Sizzix® brand), will not be held responsible for any damage sustained to products en route to our office. If the packaging has been damaged during transit, then we will send the delivery back to you to repack using sufficient protection e.g. bubble wrap, packaging materials. Once we receive your return, your credit card will be refunded with the price of the item within 10 working days.
Faulty Goods Returns
When we receive your return, it will be tested to check the fault. If it is found to be faulty, the product will either be replaced or refunded at our discretion and your postage refunded.
