Please see below for details about our delivery options, shipping charges and returns procedures. If you require any additional information to the below, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We offer delivery to most countries within the European Union, Switzerland and Norway. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Greece, Cyprus, Canary Islands, Malta, Turkey or countries outside of Europe. If we do not deliver to your location, please contact us and we will be happy to recommend a local retailer or wholesaler to you. Please note, if you are from the Americas or Canada, please visit

Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery of your order. It might take longer for the parcel to reach you if your delivery address is in a remote or hard to reach location.

During times of sales and busy seasonal periods, please allow 7 to 10 days working days for your order to be processed.

All orders are shipped with a courier and on dispatch you will receive notification of delivery by email and text message.

UK Pounds Sterling (£)
For UK (mainland), Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly & Scottish Islands, the shipping charge is £6.94 (total incl. VAT)
For Jersey & Guernsey, the shipping charge is £13.80 (total, no VAT)
For Isle of Mann, the shipping charge is £16.56 (total incl. VAT)

European Euro (€)
For orders from 0,00€ to 145,00€, the shipping charge is 18.40€.
For orders above 145,01€, the shipping charge is 22.48€.

Switzerland and Norway:
For orders from 0,00€ to 145,00€, the shipping charge is 15.33€
For orders above 145,01€, the shipping charge is 18.73€

As required by law, charges applicable V.A.T. Our prices are displayed at 20% VAT, however when you log into your Sizzix account, the VAT changes to the rate applicable in your country. The only exception is the VAT on the shipping charge remains at 20% as indicated in the shipping charges above.

Ellison Europe will not pay any customs duty charges. Any additional charges will fall under the responsibility of the customer.

If you wish to return an item purchased from, you must contact us and return the item/s within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please reference your Sizzix account name and order number.

We will then issue you with an authorised Sales Order Return Reference Number which you must include on the parcel when returning items to us. The costs of returning unwanted items must be covered by the customer. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted. Returns will be processed within 10 working days and if applicable will be refunded to your original method of payment.

Please Note: Customers must ensure the items being returned are sufficiently packaged and unless faulty are in unused condition. We will not be held responsible for any damage sustained during transit resulting from poor packaging. In this case the items will be returned to the customer and the return will not be processed.

If you believe your Sizzix product purchased from a retailer is faulty, please contact the retailer directly, providing your proof of purchase and as many details as possible. The warranty is held by the retailer.

Faulty goods purchased from can be returned in accordance with the warranty and the above returns policy, to be tested. If a fault is found, the product will be repaired or replaced where possible at our discretion and your postage for the cost of return will be refunded.
