I’m a European customer, can I place an order on sizziz.co.uk?

We offer delivery to most countries within the European Union, Switzerland and Norway. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Greece, Cyprus, Canary Islands, Malta, Turkey or countries outside of Europe. If we do not deliver to your location, please visit our Store Locator to find a local to you. Please note, if you are from the Americas or Canada, please visit sizzix.com.

I have a question about my order. Who do I contact?

What payment methods can I use on the Sizzix website?

Sizzix.co.uk accepts Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Solo, Maestro and Visa Electron. Your credit card statement will reflect a charge from Ellison Europe Ltd. Ellison Europe Ltd is the owner of sizzix.co.uk Website. We are unable to accept the 18-digit Maestro cards at this point of time. Please choose from one of the accepted payment options listed above.

I’m afraid to use my credit card for online shopping. Is Sizzix.co.uk a secure website?

Sizzix.co.uk uses a secure server during the process of online checkout and specifically when collecting credit card data. We have a valid Verisign Secure Server ID installed ensuring that all information sent to Sizzix.co.uk during an SSL session is encrypted, protecting against disclosure to third parties.

How do I know if my online order was accepted?

First, a printer-friendly Purchase Receipt was displayed in your Web browser at the conclusion of the online ordering process. Next, an email confirmation was sent to the email address you provided during the ordering process or when creating an account. You can check an order has been successfully place or the status of order by logging into your account area and checking under the ‘My Orders’ option on the left of your screen.

I cannot add to shopping cart. What should I do?

I need to change or cancel my order. What should I do?

Please send your query with this online form or email Sizzix.co.uk Customer Service and provide us with your Order Number and name. Email us at contact@ellison.com.

When can I expect delivery of my order?

Please allow 3-5 working days from placing your order for delivery. You should allow 7-10 working days during busy sale periods, such as Mega Sales or Black Friday.

Tracking Your Shipment

If you entered your e-mail address during the checkout process, you will be sent an e-mail confirmation automatically on the day your order is shipped. If you do not receive a DHL tracking number for your shipment, please call or e-mail Customer Service and provide us with your Sizzix.co.uk Order Number and name to get a tracking number.

VAT (Value Added Tax)

As required by law, sizzix.co.uk charges applicable V.A.T. Our prices are displayed at 20% VAT, however when you log into your Sizzix account, the VAT changes to the rate applicable in your country. The only exception is the VAT on the shipping charge remains at 20% as indicated in the shipping charges above.
