  1. I recently placed an order for some items, my order hasn’t been shipped and I have noticed that the items are at a lower price in another promotion, can you price match my items? Sadly, we are unable to amend, adjust or price match those of any items on orders that have already been placed. Prices are frozen at the time the order is confirmed, and not when it is shipped and invoiced. Should you wish to receive the newly discounted price you will need to place a new order.
  2. Can I change the shipping address on my order once it has been placed? Sadly, we are unable to change your shipping address once an order has been placed. The shipping charges and taxes have been calculated based on the shipping address provided and cannot be amended.
  3. Why am I unable to order from Sizzix? Sorry for the inconvenience, we are currently unable to accept orders for most European countries. Checkout is only currently available for shipping addresses in Austria, Germany, Guernsey, Ireland, Italy, Isle of Man, Jersey, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Switzerland and UK.
