  10. I recently placed an order for some items, my order hasn’t been shipped and I have noticed that the items are at a lower price in another promotion, can you price match my items? Sadly, we are unable to amend, adjust or price match those of any items on orders that have already been placed. Prices are frozen at the time the order is confirmed, and not when it is shipped and invoiced. Should you wish to receive the newly discounted price you will need to place a new order.
