  1. I have a VAT (Value Added Tax) query As required by law, Sizzix charges applicable VAT. Our prices are displayed at 20% VAT, however when you log into your Sizzix account, the VAT changes to the rate applicable in your country. The only exception is the VAT on the shipping charge remains at 20% as indicated in the shipping charges above.

  6. Why has the pricing changed on the products since I added them to my basket? Should you add an item to your basket that is included in one of our promotions, once the promotion comes to an end the item price will update automatically. Unfortunately, we cannot honor our promotional prices if the promotion ends before you are able to purchase your items.
