  1. The brightest Butterfly

    Hi everybody!
I'm really in love with the Bigz Die with texture fades Butterfly duo! and I want to share with you the brightest butterfly you can do.
I use a double sided foil (in this case a gold and silver one), a kraft cardboard and white glue.
The result is a very bright butterfly, which is also very easy to mold in the position that we like (really great!!)
    Here, you have 2 ...

  3. Spring Flowers on a Tag

Spring is finally in the air and the sun is shining again in the Netherlands. The nice weather brought me in the mood to create something colourful and bright with flowers and butterflies.
I have been having the beautiful Flower Layers die for a while, but haven't had the chance to use it yet. I had a wonderful time finally putting them to good use by making this spring-themed tag.
    The b...

    Hello everybody,
Today, I propose a gourmet break, a display of pretty boxes filled with delicacies to be savoured with tea or coffee.
I realised 3 boxes, thanks to the Die "Box Milk carton", in Gold printed paper for the elegant and festive side.
You can put inside small cakes or candies... This can be a lovely present to offer to a host or a delicate way to welcom...

  6. A Birthday card

Today I am sharing this card that I made while I am at my parents house, in Campanet (Mallorca, Spain) house I grew up, the room where I started making cards in my early teen years.  It was the first time that I used a big shot in the room that started it all for me, so it was a bit of an emotional experience!
Saturday was my mum's birthday and I managed to get her as a birthday present a...

Did I really say that I was realistically aiming to have my quilt finished by now? What was I thinking?! It turns out that target was incredibly optimistic - to say the least!
It was basted on schedule but after that, once the quilting began, the schedule crumbled. The quilting design is quite dense and whilst simple is really time-consuming.
Using the machine foot as a guide I'm qui...

  9. "Be Happy" layout by Gerry van Gent

     Hello Sizzix friends!
Happy Sunday to all of you!Today I have another layout to share with you... this time mixing some new and old dies which were so much fun to play with. 10. Poetry Tags

Hi, today I will show you my variation of Poetry Tags. I used my Big Shot and the classical Sizzix Framelits Die Set Squares #657585 to cut out some squares for my tags.
A big one and a small on for each tag. I used white, light grey and craft colored cardstock, gluedots, eyelets and cotton ribbon.
To fix the cotton ribbon, I used a vertical slot punch and my crop-a-dile for the eyele...
