Hello everyone! Happy 2017 to you all :)
This is Jasleen, back with my first post for the new year. And taking my love for simplicity further, I’m sharing a clean and simple card idea that can be very easily mass-produced in different colours.

Products used:-

Sizzix Big Shot Express Machine Only (White and gray)(660850)

Sizzix Thinlits Die-Rare Butterfly by Pete Hughes(661066)

Sizzix Framelits die set 4 PK- Scalloped Oval(657564)

White card stock- Iris Sg,

Pattern paper- Lawn Fawn

Sentiment stamp-Happy Little Stampers-Doodled flowers set

Pearls

Method:-

To start with, I die cut the butterfly from a 4 by 5 ¼ inches card panel.

I decided to give a scalloped border to this card panel, and I used the largest scalloped oval die from the set for this purpose(as shown in the picture)

Then I attached a polka dotted pink pattern paper behind the negative die cut space of the butterfly.

Stamped the sentiment and mounted the card panel over a standard sized card base.

Finally, adhered the butterfly die cut at the centre, keeping the ‘wings’ free and unattached to give some beautiful dimension and finished off by adding some white pearls.

Doesn’t that look elegant? I love how beautiful and intricate this butterfly die is!

Will be back with a new make next week. Have a lovely week ahead!
