Hi everybody, Quim here. Are you tired about boring bookmarks? Today I want to show you, how to make a beautiful (and magnetic!) one.

Products used:

• Sizzix® Big Shot™ Express Machine Only (660850)
• Sizzix® Thinlits™ Die Set 4PK - Detailed Butterflies (661802)
• Self adhesive magnets
• CarrotCake Spray colours: sweet pink snd happy blue
• Watercolour paper
• Black cardstock (Los básicos de Elena)
• Patterned paper
• Waterbrush
• Glossy Accents

Step by Step:

- Die cut the full butterflies with watercolor paper and the intrincated ones with black cardstock.

- Paint with the spray ink and waterbrush the center of the white butterflies.

- Spray with water and let the ink spread.

- Do the same with the other one with pink spray ink and let it dry.

- In a folded patterned paper stick one self adhesive magnet at the bottom and another at the top (when you close the folded cardstock the two magnets have to coincide)

- Stick the butterflies; first the painted one and the intricate butterfly die-cut with the black cardstock on top.

Marcapáginas de mariposa magnético

Hola a todos, Quim. ¿Estás cansada de marcapáginas aburridos? Hoy quiero mostrarte, cómo hacer uno muy chulo (y magnético!)

Productos usados:

• Sizzix® Big Shot™ Express Machine Only (660850)
• Sizzix® Thinlits™ Die Set 4PK - Detailed Butterflies (661802)
• Imanes autoadhesivos
• CarrotCake Spray colores: sweet pink snd happy blue
• Papel de acuarela
• Cartulina negra (Los básicos de Elena)
• Papel estampado de scrapbook
• Pincel de agua
• Glossy Accents

Paso a Paso:

- Cortar las mariposas completas con papel de acuarela y las intrincadas (con agujeritos) con cartulina negra

- Pintar con la tinta en Spray y un pincel de agua el centro de las mariposas troqueladas en papel de acuarela

- Pulverizar con agua y dejar que la tinta haga un poco de degradado

- Hacer lo mismo con el spray rosa con la otra mariposa troquelada en papel de acuarela, y dejar secar

- Pegar en la cartulina estampada, doblada por la mitad,  un imán autoadhesivo en la parte inferior y otro en la parte superior (al cerrar la cartulina los dos imanes tienen que coincidir)

- Pegar las mariposas; Primero la pintada, y encima la troquelada con cartulina negra.
