Cut a piece of cardstock into a rectangle that fits the width of the page. Adhere to base page. Cut and adhere two long strips of patterned paper and adhere to side of page lengthwise, leaving room for the Ticket Strip. Die-cut Ticket Strip out of cardstock and stamp. Adhere to side of page. Emboss a sheet of cardstock using the Regal Flourishes embossing folder. Die-cut Plaque (from Plaque & Postage) out of cardstock, trimming at ends, if necessary. Sand lightly and adhere to top of page. Cut a rectangle from paper for photograph placement. Adhere to page. Tie-ribbon around page and secure with knot. Cover chipboard with cardstock. Die-cut Heart Wings and key (from Hardware Findings) from covered chipboard. Stamp image onto Heart. Layer decorative Heart and solid Heart and attach. Brush edges of Wings, crown and Heart with distressing ink. Attach lace to side of Heart. Adhere Wings to Heart. Adhere to page. Attach key to bow with string.
