Other Supplies: Cardstock, Patterned Paper, Button, Ribbon, Sequins, Stapler, Straight Pins, String

Trim a piece of patterned paper to desired size and cut rounded corners. Cut two long Banners out of patterned paper and adhere. Add a ribbon loop to the top and staple to form a tag. Die-cut a Label out of patterned paper and adhere. Die-cut a heart from the Basics die out of patterned paper. Die-cut a banner out of cardstock. Layer the heart and a banner and attach to tag. Thread string through button holes and tie into a bow. Adhere. Embellish tag with straight pins, sequins and fussy cut sentiments.
