Die-cut a Heart out of cardstock using the Movers & Shapers Mini Hearts Magnetic Die and the Base Tray out of cardstock. Die-cut a 3-D Flower out of cardstock, assemble and set aside. Attach the Scallop Circle to the Rosette using adhesive foam. Attach the Heart to the Scallop Circle. Fold the Banner along the score lines and embellish with ink.
