Trim patterned paper to size and adhere to front of a manila envelope. Die-cut Ornate Frame and Ornate Frame Back out of cardstock, layer colors and adhere to envelope. Die-cut Arrow and phrase "Fun" out of cardstock and adhere to Frame Back. Die-cut Decorative Swirl and Road Sign out of cardstock and adhere to envelope. Embellish with buttons, string and paint pen.
