All items are subject to availability. We offer delivery services to most countries within European Union, Switzerland and Norway. Unfortunately we do not offer a standard delivery charge to Malta, Cyprus or Turkey. For delivery to these and other countries not stated, please contact us. We will be happy to help provide delivery options or recommend a local wholesaler for you. Charges that cover delivery are subject to change without notice.

Standard destinations will incur the shipping costs detailed in the tables below. V.A.T. on the shipping cost will be charged at 17.5% and will be included in the shipping cost on your order.

Orders from 0,00€ to 145,00€, a shipping charge of 18,00€
Orders from 145,01€ upwards, a shipping charge of 22,00€

Returns Policy

Returns

If you feel you need to return or exchange an item based upon the guidelines below, we will gladly accommodate you. You may return your purchases with the original receipt and original packaging within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of purchase. If the item is returned unopened, in the original box, we will exchange it or offer a credit note to the value minus shipping charges. It is your right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods by notifying us of your intentions. Please notify us by e-mail.

If you wish to return an item, please follow the instructions below.

1. Please send an email to EU Internet Returns to request a returns form. Please include your account number on all emails.
2. You will receive a returns form which you need to print. Please complete this form with the required information (if you are returning a faulty product please give as much information as possible).
3. Cut the Returns Label off the end of the form.
4. Retrieve the invoice that relates to the item you are returning.
   
   Pack and seal your item and include your Returns Form and Invoice in the package.
   We are unable to process your return without the Returns Form and Invoice.
    
5. Use the Returns Label as the address label as this contains our correct address and the Returns Authorization number to show it is a return.
6. Postage must be paid by you (if you are returning a faulty product this will be refunded to you if the product is found to be faulty). Include a copy of your postage receipt in the package. We will not accept deliveries without postage paid.
7. It is recommended that you insure your parcel when returning it to us.

General Returns

Once we receive your return, your credit card will be refunded with the price of the item within 10 working days.

Faulty Goods Returns

When we receive your return, it will be tested to check the fault. If it is found to be faulty, the product will either be replaced or refunded at our discretion and your postage refunded.
