Adhere chevron-patterned paper to mat board and die-cut a Birdhouse. Fold along score lines to assemble. Adhere a coordinating patterned paper to mat board and die-cut a Roof. Adhere the roof to the Birdhouse along with a small bird. Lightly ink the edges of the Birdhouse. Attach a resin accent to the Birdhouse just below the Roof. Create a small hole below the opening in the front of the Birdhouse and adhere a small stick in the hole as a perch. Cut a small hole in the bottom center of the Birdhouse and stick a branch in the hole. Hot-glue in place along with moss. Embellish with a ribbon bow.
