Die-cut Frame and Flowers out of clear acrylic. Use a heat gun to slightly warp the Flower to create dimension. Die-cut Flowers out of shrink plastic and shrink according to manufacturer’s directions. Spray paint Frame and Flowers and seal with clear sealer. Attach Frame to chain using jump rings to create a necklace. Adhere Flowers to metal filigree pieces and attach to chain with jump rings. Embellish with a variety of charms.
