Easter Home Decor using Asian Flower
Hello Crafty Friends! Give me here.
Today I am sharing a fast, simple, yet lovely way to decorate for Easter - our Springtime holiday.
This is a beautiful and creative way to make felt flowers for Easter, is also so fun to do! And the great thing is ... these flowers will not wilt away after a couple of days!
Other supplies: cardstock, 2-3 felt sheets, wooden skewer, florist tape, small bottle, hot glue.
How to make :
1- You can collect supplies for your project. Among them there are also up-cycling objects such as a small bottle of juice and a wooden skewer.
2- Using Bigz™ Die - Asian Flower, cut out 2x big flowers from felt, 2x little flowers from felt, 1x leaves from green felt.
3- Take florist tape and wind it around the wooden skewer.
4- When you have created your flower, glue into place on the wooden skewer. Add the leaves and a button.
5- Using Thinlits™ Die Set - Boho Dreams to cut out a doily from paper. Remove leftover paper from die using Brush and Foam Pad.
6- Using Bigz™ Die - Heartfelt cut out a heart from card. Attach the doily and heart on the bottle. Tie a piece of rustic twine around the bottle.
I am really pleased with the way in which this turned out. It really adds so colour to the house!

Hi to all Italian friends and friends! I am Anna with a little inspiration for Easter .
This is a nice and creative way to make a flower project for Easter, working with recycled materials, a little felt and cardboard. It's also fun to do! And the beautiful thing is ... that these flowers do not dry up after a couple of days! They are good for those who do not have the green thumb! ;)
Other: cardboards, two or three colors felt, wooden skewer, florist tape, glass bottle, hot glue.
How to do:
1 - Collect the materials to be used for the project. Among these are also recovery items, such as a bottle of fruit juice and a wooden skewer.
2- Using the Bigz ™ Die-Asian Flower Die, cut 2 large flowers from the blue felt, 2 small blue-felt flowers, a twig of green felt.
3- Take the floral ribbon (or a common green ribbon) and wrap it around the wooden skewer, fixing it with hot glue at the ends.
4- After creating your felt flower, overlaying all pieces, paste it into place on the wooden skewer. Add the leaves and a button to the center.
5- Use the Thinlits ™ Boho Dreams set to cut a center of paper. Remove the pieces of paper from the dough with a brush and pad.
6- Die a heart from cardboard. Fix the center and heart on the bottle. Then tie around a bit of twine. Finish with a velvet ribbon. There's nothing left to fill the bottle of chocolate owls!
Ideas for Use: You can create three or more flower pots, even of different heights, placed on the table or around the house, or create one for each guest and use it as a placeholder;)
I'm really happy with how I created this little flower in potato bowl in no time. Add a color note to the house for Easter!
Thanks for visiting! See you next week with another Sizzix project!
